Our One-Year Tree Replacement Promise

We want you to love your new tree and see it thrive! If your tree doesn’t make it within the first year after purchase, we’ll replace it once at no cost. All we ask is that it’s been planted and cared for properly — we’re here to help with tips and advice along the way. When you buy from us, you not just a number like at bigger companies.
